Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables is essential for good health and optimal functioning of the body. However, for those who are short on time, prepping and cooking all of those veggies can be time-consuming and inefficient(at least for me it can be!). This is where a dense micronutrient smoothie comes in handy.

Micronutrients are essential vitamins and minerals that the body needs in small amounts to maintain good health and perform various functions. Examples of micronutrients include iron, calcium, vitamin A, B vitamins, and vitamin C.
